How many individual items live on your devices?
(That was a trick question.)
It doesn't matter what your numbers are - let's just assume there's a LOT of stuff that's not making your life a whole lot better.
It's not helping the planet, either. While we can't estimate the carbon cost of an individual email, rest assured digital hoarding is NOT helping cure the climate crisis.
So let's pare down!
If you've been meaning to delete a bunch of unused data, but keep putting it off, this challenge is for you.
Every day I'll be going LIVE in our private Facebook group* to give you your assignment and some quickie organizational tips.
These won't take long, though you can go as deep as you want. The goal is to make a real dent in your digital clutter in about 15-20 minutes per day. Even better? To start a regular curating habit!
Better than buying a new, higher-capacity phone, am I right?
Guidance and accountability.
These are the two things that really make the difference between thinking about doing something and actually getting it done.
You'll get both in this challenge.
We start on Monday, July 11!
I will never share your info because that would be despicable!
Let me be clear: I do not love Facebook. No shade if it's your platform of choice - it's got a lot to recommend it! I've experimented with a lot of different strategies for running challenges, and this is the best one I've used.
Engagement is what keeps you motivated.
By posting your progress and interacting with other challengers, you increase your chance of successfully completing the assignments! Which is the goal, after all.
I've seen this again and again in my membership - guidance plus accountability plus engagement is what moves the needle on accomplishment.
That said, if you're not on the platform I'd still love to have you join the challenge! I'll be creating a special Youtube channel with the recordings. I'll link to it in the daily emails. :)
